EXECUTIVE PROFILE OF MARK CLARKE, MD, JP.

Mark Clarke, Managing Director of Markspuddin’pan – started his journey in providing fine dining and the most exquisite lifestyle experiences by creating delectable delights for the taste bud since 2009. Mark’s culinary skills are vast and wide and can be attributed to time spent with his grandmother where he witnessed culinary skills being delivered with Passion and Love. It was only a dream in 2009; however, Mark turned the dream into a reality when he first baked a cranberry cornmeal base pudding with no instructions just led by inspiration and an inate ability. Mark is extremely ambitious and was determined to take this gift for baking to another level.

Mark received his first order from a group of friends and colleagues on an island trip, it was an instant success and word got around that Mark Clarke had a unique talent in baking. This allowed Mark to expand his customer base providing baking treats during the Christmas holidays, Birthdays and Weddings. Marks long time friend Joan Davis-Williams was also a customer was instrumental in naming the company Markspuddin’pan.

A son of Westmoreland, Mark received his early exposure to the Arts at his alma-mater, Manning’s School, representing his school at the JCDC Festival of the Arts; receiving subsequent exposures to training in the Arts.

Mark is a certified Event Planner and has planned successful Fundraising events, Dramatic plays and Musical concerts. Mark has been able to satisfy his immense creative talents in these areas, initiating innovative formats of entertainment and even excelling as a performer himself in music (singing) and drama.
